~ Terms Of Service ~

By commissioning or buying from me you automatically agree to these terms whether you have read them or not

~ Adopts ~

○ Do not directly edit over my work
○ Do not sell for more than you purchased for without added commission value
○ Do not back out of a claim
• If a claim is backed out of you will not be able to participate in my next two adopts/designs
○ I do not offer refunds under any circumstances
○ Payment plans are available for adopts sold at over 100$ with a minimum 25% downpayment
○ Holds are available for a maximum of one week unless you are a frequent customer
○ Must have a toyhou.se to own my designs
• I have spare codes if need be just ask (limited supply)
○ Do not severely discount my adopts if emergency selling
• Maximum discount allowed is 25% off

~ General T.O.S ~

Unless otherwise mentioned or contridicted above all rules of my general T.O.S apply to adopts as well

○ I reserve the right to decline any commission without reason
○ All payments are to be made in USD
○ All payments taken over cashapp or paypal
○ Do not trace or copy my art
○ Do not claim my art as your own
○ I do not accept due dates
○ Tell me when commissioning me if you do not want your commission posted on my social media
○ All finished artwork will be sent over Discord or email
○ If possible (though not required) please have a toyhou.se when commissioning me
○ I do not offer refunds under any circumstances
○ Major changes after an approved sketch are only offered for customs
○ My TAT can range anywhere from 1 day to 8 months (sometimes 9-10 months for bright colors)
• You are more than welcome to message me for updates during this time
○ Do not draw over my artwork
○ Commissions will not be started until payment is received in full
